Good Shepherd Housing & Family Services will host our annual community Trunk or Treat event on October 29, 2025 from 4 PM to 7 PM!
Many of our residents are hesitant to allow their children to trick-or-treat in the neighborhood due to safety concerns, but with your generosity, we are able to provide the families in our housing and their neighbors a fun, safe, environment in which to enjoy the holiday, while also strengthening the community.
The event will be held at Colchester Towne Center, where half of our residential units are located, and include food, candy, games and entertainment. In addition, the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department will bring out a truck, and the Fairfax County Police Department will have cruisers on site – always a favorite with the kids.
