Case Management

Our GSH case management staff work individually with our residents to create goals and action plans to improve many facets of self-sufficiency including increasing income and education. The case managers also refer GSH residents to other organizations that specialize in certain types of assistance or mentoring. The goal is for residents to become self-sufficient and be able to pay their rent consistently and on time.
