Circle of Support
This past week we kicked off our new Circle of Support meetings for our clients at the GSH office. We were excited to see how engaged everyone was with each other. The group is looking forward to future meetings and networking with one another.
As part of our client engagement plan, we’re excited to announce we have rolled out a new page on our website this week called “Client Corner”. The page is designed to offer information we think will be relevant for our clients.
One section will focus on events, like financial empowerment workshops and job fairs around our community. A second section will be a blog that will focus on topics they are interested in from budgeting and money management to parenting. Another section will be focused on sharing job postings in and around the community. We would definitely welcome any content for Client Corner. All content ideas or posts can be submitted for approval via this form.
We plan to use this content in a monthly newsletter that will be distributed to clients electronically. We recognize that they want more ways to connect with one another, so we are also launching a secure web community for them to interact with voluntarily, which will be monitored by GSH staff. It will be an additional way for them to communicate directly with GSH staff as well as ask each other questions that others might have answers to.
We are hoping all of these new engagement tools will just give our clients more tools to be successful for the long term.
