Even though there was a big event planned for Thursday, GSH never slows down. The staff at GSH had a busy schedule this past weekend sharing the mission of Good Shepherd Housing.

First, we welcomed new Community Leadership Council member, Keith Davey and his wife, Jeanene, and long-time supporters, Tony and Joan Skicism, on a tour of Good Shepherd Housing’s office and nearby properties.

Then on Sunday,
the Development Office hosted a table at the Inaugural Patriot Run. This was the first time that a race has been completed on the grounds of George Washington’s Mount Vernon. There were over 1,900 registered runners and spectators for the race. With such a large crowd, the staff had a chance to visit with many new people and share GSH’s mission.
